Celtics veteran big man Al Horford isn't concerned about how his younger teammates will do on the road in Game 3 of their best-of-7 series against the Bucks.
Before the Celtics held practice at the Bradley Center Friday morning, Horford explained to reporters how challenging it's going to be to grab a win away from TD Garden. But also reminded everyone how successful the Celtics have been on the road throughout the year.
Boston finished the regular season with a 28-13 road record throughout the regular season. Without Kyrie Irving, they also rallied back from large deficits in order to capture a handful of those wins -- which boosted their confidence level higher than ever.
Now, that confidence has oozed its way into the playoffs. Boston finished the regular season with a 28-13 road record. Without Kyrie Irving, they also rallied back from large deficits in order to capture a handful of those wins -- which boosted their confidence level higher than ever.
"We have a big challenge -- it's a good opportunity. We know it's gonna be tough, it's gonna be a tough environment tonight," Horford explained. "But these are the kind of games that you want to play in. It's gonna be a lot of fun."
