Marcus Smart, who sat out of the Celtics 112-93 win over the Heat on Wednesday with an illness, will return to the lineup tonight against the Denver Nuggets at TD Garden.

Kemba Walker went through cardio and weight work at the Auerbach Center on Sunday, less than 48 hours following his collision with Semi-Ojeleye against the Denver Nuggets.
Marcus Smart is upset, but not only with the Celtics 96-92 loss to the the Nuggets on Friday night, but also with a courtside fan that he exchanged words with in the fourth quarter.

Celtics point guard Kemba Walker collided with teammate Semi Ojeleye in the second quarter of Friday night's 96-92 loss against the Nuggets and was transported on a stretcher to a nearby hospital.
The Celtics looked to end their five-game west coast road trip on a high-note when they entered the Pepsi Center on Friday night, as they rallied back from a 19-point deficit after watching Kemba Walker get carted off on a stretcher.

Marcus Smart's last-second floater hung on the rim, seemingly forever and then dropped out, as the Celtics got their 10-game win streak snapped at the hands of the Kings on Sunday.

When Marcus Smart saw his potential game-winning floater bounce four times towards the front of the rim just before it slid off, Buddy Hield punched the ball with enthusiasm as the game clock expired, ran down the floor, and with the ball still bouncing alongside his foot, punted it into the stands for good measure.

In less than two days following Gordon Hayward's left hand fracture, it appears the Celtics forward has immediately begun the process to recovery.
