The Celtics concluded their regular season with the third best record in the East and have a date with their rival the Philadelphia 76ers (sixth seed) in the opening round of the NBA playoffs.
Boston, who finished 48-24 after going 5-3 in their 'bubble' seeding games following a 96-90 finale loss to the Wizards Thursday afternoon, will have a few days to prepare for the Sixers -- who are currently 42-30 with one game remaining and 4-3 in the restart overall.
The schedule for the Celtics and 76ers series has been released, with Game 1 tipping-off on Monday, August 17.

The Celtics will technically be the "home team" for Games 1,2,5 and 7, despite there being no "home court advantage" on the Disney World campus.
