Celtics Pre-Game Report: Atlanta Hawks Preview

It's game No. 53 for the 2017-18 Celtics (37-15), as they host the Atlanta Hawks (15-36) at the TD Garden.

Boston has won their last two games, including a blowout against the Knicks on Wednesday night, where Terry Rozier recorded a triple-double in his first career-NBA start, while Atlanta is 1-4 in their last five outings.

This is the second meeting between these two teams, as the Celtics beat the Hawks in a 16-point comeback win over two and half months ago.

With the signing of big man Greg Monroe announced early on Friday, Boston will still be without Kyrie Irving (quad), Marcus Smart (hand), Marcus Morris (hip) and Shane Larkin (knee), as they look to beat the Hawks for their third straight win.
