It's game No. 35 for the 2017-18 Celtics (26-8), as they face the New York Knicks (16-14) for the second time this season.
Boston is playing on a second night of a back-to-back, after losing to the Heat at home on Wednesday night, will look to bounce back against the eighth place Knickerbockers at Madison Square Garden.
New York is 4-1 in their last five games, while the C's are 3-2 in their last five outings with a 2.5 game lead over the Cavaliers for for the best record in the East.
