Jaylen Brown (hamstring) out at least a week

The Celtics will be without Jaylen Brown, who suffered a hamstring injury, for at least a week, according to coach Brad Stevens.

Brown suffered the injury during the closing minutes of regulation in the team's 129-120 overtime loss to the Nets on Tuesday night.

Brown didn't speak to reporters afterwards and was seen walking slowly out of the locker room and did not suit up Wednesday when the Celtics took on the Cavaliers.

Boston was also without Kemba Walker (rest on left knee soreness) and Gordon Hayward (right knee contusion, who is listed day-to-day.

Jayson Tatum (illness) returned to the Celtics lineup after missing last night's matchup against Brooklyn at TD Garden.
