Jayson Tatum is a game-time decision for Team USA vs France

Jayson Tatum has been upgraded to a game-time decision ahead of Team USA's quarterfinals matchup versus France on Wednesday.

According to ESPN's Brain Windhorst, Tatum participated in Team USA's shootaround and practice the last few days without any setbacks. The Celtics forward rolled his ankle against Turkey last week and has missed the last three games for the U.S.

Marcus Smart, who banged knees with another player in Team USA's win over Brazil, also went through shootaround and is expected to play against France.

The U.S. will look to advance to the semifinals of the FIBA World Cup, as tip-off is at 7 a.m. on ESPN2.
