The Celtics have announced its preseason schedule -- that will begin on Oct. 4 against the 76ers and end on Oct. 19 against the Knicks at TD Garden.
Aside from the division champion Raptors, the Celtics will take on the rest of the Atlantic Division (Knicks, Nets, 76ers) while also heading southeast to play in Charlotte. For the first time in recent history, the Celtics will face a team outside of its division when they take on the Hornets twice.
Here is the complete 7-game preseason schedule:
10/7 - 76ers at Umass-Amherst Mullins Center, 7 p.m.
10/6 - Hornets at Greensboro Coliseum, 7:30 p.m.
10/8 - Hornets at Mohegan Sun, 3:30 p.m.
10/13 - Nets at Barclay Center, 7:30 p.m.
10/15 - Knicks at Madison Square Garden, 7:30 p.m.
10/17 - Nets at TD Garden, 7:30 p.m.
10/19 - Knicks at TD Garden, 7:30 p.m.
