The Celtics title defense will begin Friday, October 4 and October 6 when preseason kicks off with two match-ups against the Denver Nuggets at Etihad Arena, as part of the NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2024.
Three-time league MVP Nikola Jokic and five-time All-Star Jayson Tatum are set to face off as the last two NBA champions in what will be the third edition of the NBA Abu Dhabi Games.
The reigning champs return to TD Garden on Saturday, October 12 to host the Philadelpha 76ers, which will be the first time back in the same building since capturing their record-setting 18 title with a 106-88 win over the Dallas Mavericks in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Boston rounds out their exhibition schedule with another home game against the Raptors on Sunday, October 13, before heading to Toronto for their preseason finale at Scotiabank Arena Tuesday, October 15.
