Jayson Tatum and Jrue Holiday are heading back to the Olympics this summer, according to Shams Charania and Joe Vardon of The Athletic.
The Celtics duo have been named to Team USA Basketball's 2024 Paris Olympic roster -- which 11 of its 12 players had already been finalized -- per the report that was released Monday.

LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Joel Embiid, Jayson Tatum, Devin Booker, Jrue Holiday, Anthony Davis, Anthony Edwards, Bam Adebayo and Tyrese Haliburton.
Tatum won his first gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Games, while averaging 15.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per contest. Holiday was also on that same squad, as he put up 11.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists fresh off an NBA Championship.
Team USA will look to win its fifth straight gold medal with a star-studded crop that includes LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Joel Embiid, Anthony Davis, Anthony Edwards, Bam Adebayo, and Tyrese Haliburton -- with Steve Kerr at the helm as head coach.
With an open roster spot still up for grabs, there is a shot another Celtic could make the final cut, as Jaylen Brown and Derrick White were included in Team USA's initial pool of 41 players that could potentially be selected back in January.
Brown last represented the red, white and blue during the 2019 FIBA World Cup and White was also on that roster -- where he averaged 5.9 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game. Despite going 6-2 in the tournament, Team USA had a disappointing seventh place finish.
Team USA should be a heavy favorite come this summer to repeat as gold medal winners.
